At the helm of Argo is Captain Marin Sovulj, a native of Split whose maritime journey spans two decades. His profound experience, honed through commanding large-scale cruises across Croatia, ensures every voyage is executed with masterful precision and an intimate understanding of the Adriatic’s nuances. Captain Sovulj’s leadership is characterized by an unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction and the seamless operation of the vessel, fostering an atmosphere of absolute confidence and serene prestige. His passion for excellence extends beyond the sea, reflected in his personal pursuits, which include a distinguished involvement in car racing, embodying a spirit of precision and controlled power.

First Officer

Petar Spajic

First officer Petar Spajic has been closely connected to the sea and water sports from an early age. After gaining experience as a skipper, he transitioned into the yachting industry where he developed strong skills in navigation support, tender driving and water sports operations. With his hands-on approach, reliability and positive attitude, Petar plays a key role in ensuring smooth deck operations and memorable guest experiences on board. In his free time he enjoys football, padel and continuing to develop his maritime knowledge while building his career at sea.

Filip Paladin

Deckhand Filip Paladin is a highly skilled and experienced professional, contributing four successful seasons in the yachting industry to the Argo team. His proficiency encompasses comprehensive vessel maintenance, including meticulous cleaning, polishing, engine room care, and bilge management. Filip’s expertise extends to bartending and meal service, ensuring guests are well-informed and comfortable throughout their journey. Known for his responsibility, strong work ethic, and positive team spirit, he thrives in dynamic environments and is always eager to learn and grow. With up-to-date maritime certifications and a Powerboat Level 2 in progress, Filip is committed to building a long-term career at sea, making him an invaluable asset to the seamless operation and refined experience aboard Argo.

Duje Jurjevic

Deckhand Duje Jurjevic, a native of Split, brings a robust blend of athleticism and maritime skill to Argo. A former competitive swimmer and diver, his deep connection to the Adriatic is evident in his comprehensive understanding of its waters. Duje’s Yachtmaster certification and proactive approach to learning ensure he is a highly capable and adaptable member of the crew. Beyond his professional duties, his passion for tennis, hiking, and kickboxing reflects a disciplined and energetic spirit, contributing to the dynamic and capable atmosphere aboard Argo.

Milan Marusic

Deckhand Milan Marusic brings valuable maritime experience and a strong sense of responsibility to Argo’s deck team. With a background in seamanship, navigation support, and daily deck operations, he plays an important role in maintaining the yacht and ensuring that life on board runs safely and efficiently. Reliable, hardworking, and adaptable, Milan contributes to the smooth rhythm of each voyage while supporting the crew in creating a comfortable experience for guests. Beyond his role on board, he enjoys playing basketball and staying active.

Andrija Urem

Deckhand Andrija Urem embodies a lifelong passion for the sea, having embarked on his maritime career at the tender age of 14. His extensive experience, cultivated through roles in the Kornati National Park and as a skipper across Central Dalmatia, has endowed him with a refined eye for detail and exceptional guest service. Andrija’s proficiency with speedboats and catamarans, coupled with his participation in yacht deliveries from France to Croatia, highlights his versatile skills. His commitment to ensuring an unforgettable and safe experience on board makes him a valuable member of the Argo team.

Ana Milos

Chief Stewardess Ana Milos orchestrates the impeccable interior experience aboard Argo with a blend of sharp operational acumen and intuitive grace. Her rapid ascent within the yachting industry, culminating in her role as Chief Stewardess within a year, is a testament to her exceptional leadership and discerning eye for detail. Having managed demanding itineraries on yachts up to 110 meters, Ana ensures every guest interaction is marked by discretion, precision, and a warm, anticipatory service. Her commitment to fostering a harmonious environment extends to mentoring her junior crew, ensuring a consistently superior five-star experience. Beyond her professional dedication, Ana finds balance and focus through her passion for volunteering with abandoned animals and practicing Pilates.

In her free time she enjoys sailing, skiing, surfing and horse riding

Tomislav Stinčić

Chief Engineer Tomislav Stinčić brings deep technical expertise and a quietly assured presence to Argo’s operational core. Holding a Master’s degree in Forestry, Nature Conservation and Environmental Protection, along with a strong background in machinery maintenance and technical operations, he combines analytical precision with a disciplined, hands-on approach. Having worked on numerous vessels and been involved with Argo from its early development, Tomislav has an intimate understanding of the yacht’s technical systems and operational demands. Responsible for ensuring flawless performance behind the scenes, he oversees every detail with consistency, care, and reliability. Beyond his professional role, his passion for cars and occasional kickboxing reflect the same spirit of strength, focus, and controlled power.

Miroslav Sobot

Head Chef Miroslav Sobot brings more than a decade of international culinary experience to Argo’s galley, pairing creativity, precision, and passion in every dish prepared on board. His background spans both private and charter yachts, as well as high-level restaurant kitchens, allowing him to adapt menus with ease to a wide range of guest preferences and dietary requirements. Specialising in Mediterranean cuisine with modern and global influences, he focuses on fresh ingredients, elegant presentation, and highly personalised dining experiences throughout the charter. Beyond the galley, Miroslav draws inspiration from nature, hiking, and the continual discovery of new culinary ideas.

Jordana Vukovic

Sous Chef Jordana Vukovic brings a rich tapestry of maritime tradition and culinary passion to Argo’s galley. Hailing from Jesenice, a coastal village steeped in seafaring heritage, Jordana’s connection to the sea runs deep, influenced by generations of mariners. After a distinguished career in media, she returned to her true calling, refining her culinary skills at renowned establishments like Falkensteiner. Her expertise, honed through experience on MV Navigator, allows her to curate delightful menus that blend creativity with warmth. Jordana’s dedication ensures that every dish prepared aboard Argo is a testament to fresh, seasonal ingredients and a heartfelt commitment to gastronomic excellence.
